Modify the arrangement properties of Windows Vista’s sidebar.
Open Sidebar Properties
- Right-click empty space in the sidebar.
- Select Properties.
Always On Top
To keep the Windows Vista sidebar on top of all windows all the time check off Sidebar is always on top of other windows.
Left or Right
Select left or right under Display sidebar on this side of the screen.
Which Monitor
If you have more than on monitor choose which monitor you want the sidebar on next to Display sidebar on monitor.
